The PennSTART shared test track in Westmoreland County will be open next year and is already drawing the attention of a national audience, leaders who will help shape the future of transportation. The two-mile track, training, and research facility recently brought federal transportation leaders to Southwestern Pennsylvania to see it first-hand and be able to visualize why this project is so important.
