Neighborhood 91

A regional hub of industry, innovation, and growth | Developed by RIDC and the Allegheny County Airport Authority

Information

RIDC and the Allegheny County Airport Authority (ACAA) are partnering to continue development of the 195-acre Neighborhood 91 advanced manufacturing park within Pittsburgh’s Interstate 376 corridor. RIDC will serve as the master developer and property manager for the site.

The initial 13-acre phase, which was completed in 2021, includes a fully-leased, 44,683 square foot multi-tenant facility and a separate powder storage unit, both supporting companies in the additive manufacturing sector. Current tenants include Cumberland Additive, HAMR, and Metal Powder Works.

RIDC is planning to construct a neighboring tech/flex property as the next step in a multiphase project of transforming the campus into a hub for innovative and growing industries within the region. Additional parcels allow for further development of the campus to accommodate the region’s advanced manufacturing base.

Pittsburgh boasts 90 distinct neighborhoods, each unique in its own way. Neighborhood 91 was created with the goal of building a condensed and integrated advanced manufacturing ecosystem. Due to its proximity to Pittsburgh International Airport and nearby rail, waterway and highway transportation networks, Neighborhood 91 allows the movement people and products worldwide within 24 hours.
