RIDC’s City Center of Duquesne, with its iconic green metal roofs, is home to 15 companies employing nearly 700 people and continues to pay homage to the heavy industrial history of the site. RIDC has renovated six existing buildings and recently built the new 30,000 square-foot Millwrights building. Seventy-eight acres remain available for commercial development. RIDC is seeking tenants to locate in the rejuvenated City Center of Duquesne to continue the work of revitalization in the area.
