RIDC had an exciting 2016 year. Work started on the now almost completed Tech Forge on 47th building in Lawrenceville, RIDC acquired 12.5 acres at the Almono development to 
convert the Mill 19 building from a 140,000 square foot building into a 240,000 square foot one-of-a-kind space and Dura-Bond Industries signed to expand productions for a total of 317,000 square feet in McKeesport.
