Professional Training Associates Extends Lease in RIDC’s City Center of Duquesne

PITTSBURGH, PA – August 5, 2024 – Regional Industrial Development Corporation of Southwestern Pennsylvania (RIDC) announced that Professional Training Associates (PTA) has signed a 5-year lease extension for 6,354 square feet in RIDC’s City Center of Duquesne.
The company has been a tenant at the City Center of Duquesne since 2000, occupying the second floor of the Stores Building at 46 S. Linden Street, where it has an environmental and safety training center. The lease extension begins September 1, 2024.
“The Mon Valley has been an important strategic focus for RIDC and PTA’s success in Duquesne speaks to its attractiveness as a business location and the economic development progress being made in this community,” said Donald F. Smith, Jr., RIDC President. “At the same time, PTA is supporting the region with its educational and job training programs.”

PTA (www.ptainc.com) provides environmental and safety training and program development services to a broad-based clientele in the industrial, commercial, manufacturing, construction, consulting, government and educational sectors.
