RIDC and Allegheny County partner to redevelop the historic Carrie Furnace site
As its sixth development in the Mon Valley, RIDC is partnering with Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County to build upon existing investments in the Carrie Furnace parcels.
BUILD-TO-SUIT OPPORTUNITIES:
Carrie Furnace has approximately 44 buildable acres.
Land can be divided in order to support 40K-80K square foot tech flex buildings.
Parcels are also available for purchase and outside development.
Prospective uses – Tech and light industrial
TIMELINE:
Summer 2023 – Pad-ready sites available
Spring 2024 – 1st 60,000 SF tech/flex completed
Near Future – Construction of a 2nd 60,000 SF tech/flex building
Long Term – Park will support more than 500K square feet of development upon full build-out
