CITY BREWERY EXPANDS ITS OPERATIONS TO RIDC WESTMORELAND

East Huntingdon Township, PA—January 10, 2022—Regional Industrial Development Corporation of Southwestern Pennsylvania (RIDC) announced that City Brewery has signed a 5-year lease for 255,584 square feet of space in RIDC Westmoreland Innovation Center for warehousing and distribution operations.

The company anticipates that 50-60 jobs will be located there.

“We liked that the space is close to our facilities in Latrobe,” said Zack Mazzoni, City Brewery Controller. “It’s a large space with a landlord that has a track record for being flexible and accommodating.”

City Brewery is the largest full-service alcoholic beverage contract manufacturer in the United States providing co-packing and supply chain services to blue chip customers across their Hard Seltzer, Traditional FMB, Beer, Spirit-based RTD, and premium non-alcoholic beverage brands. City Brewery has facilities in Latrobe, PA, La Crosse, WI, Memphis, TN and Irwindale, CA with over 1800 employees.

“This transaction continues the transformation of RIDC Westmoreland, which now houses over 1,000 employees,” said RIDC President Donald Smith, Jr. “Our partnership with the County has been extremely successful and the campus has become a hub of economic activity, with tenants including Siemens, ARGO, Intervala, Westmoreland County Community College, Cenveo, and DNP IMS America.”

“Our continuing partnership with Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation has been invaluable in bringing back businesses and jobs to this site and cultivating it into an advanced manufacturing hub,” said Timothy White, RIDC’s Senior Vice President of Development.
