CINTAS CORPORATION EXPANDS PRESENCE IN RIDC O’HARA

O’Hara Township, PA—April 4, 2022—Regional Industrial Development Corporation of Southwestern Pennsylvania (RIDC) announced Cintas Corporation (Nasdaq: CTAS) signed a 7-year lease to expand their space in RIDC’s O’Hara industrial park from 5,125 to 9,963 square feet. The company will utilize the additional space to accommodate its accelerated growth of its First Aid & Safety business in the Pittsburgh area.

“Nothing is more important to businesses than the health and safety of their employees and customers,” said Joe Bower, Cintas First Aid & Safety Regional Business Director. “We have experienced significant growth of our first aid and safety business in the Pittsburgh area, and we have projected continued growth as we move out of the pandemic. This expansion in the O’Hara industrial park will almost double our space, and it should help us better support the needs of our Pittsburgh-area customers, as well as our continued growth.”

“Seeing companies like Cintas stay and expand here is good news for the region,” said Donald F. Smith, Jr., RIDC President. “It means we’re cultivating a strong environment to do business. That’s why at RIDC we do everything we can to support our tenants’ growth needs.”
