LAUREL PRINT & GRAPHICS IN DUQUESNE NEARLY DOUBLES IN SIZE

Duquesne, PA—December 12, 2022— Regional Industrial Development Corporation of Southwestern Pennsylvania (RIDC) announced that Laurel Print & Graphics has signed a seven-year lease amendment for expansion into additional space in the Millwrights Building in RIDC’s City Center of Duquesne, almost doubling in size from its current 10,000 square feet to 19,811 square feet of space.
The added space will allow the company to expand their services to include fulfillment and additional dye sub fabrics and trade show graphics. Move-in is anticipated to be sometime in January, once tenant improvements are completed, including new offices, a new conference room and restroom, concrete flooring, carpeting, HVAC and electric.
“Our move to the RIDC park in 2019 has given us the facility space to keep growing our business to the point where we are one of the fastest growing large format printers in the region,” said Keith Jones, President of Laurel Print & Graphics. “Now, thanks to RIDC, we can double our existing production space, and we are immediately increasing our production capabilities as well with the purchase of larger and faster grand format printers.”
Laurel Print & Graphics produces a wide range of products, including high quality posters, signs, banners, printed fabrics, wall graphics, vehicle graphics and floor graphics. RIDC’s City Center of Duquesne, formerly Duquesne Steel Works, is home to 15 companies employing nearly 700 people, with 78 additional acres available for commercial development.
“During its four years in Duquesne, Laurel Print has nearly doubled in size and has been a job creator in the community,” said Donald F. Smith, Jr., President of RIDC. “Business is growing in the Mon Valley, and it’s our mission to ensure companies like Laurel Print have what they need to locate and expand there.”
