Earthmoving activities have begun at the RIDC/URA site in Fairywood, including installing erosion and sediment control measures and site demolition to remove existing light and electrical poles, old debris and rubble. Within the next couple of weeks, the site contractor Rycon Construction will begin mass excavation work. This work will continue through to next year to prepare the site for vertical construction of a 150,000 square foot building for Ferguson Enterprises, LLC.
