Cranberry Township, PA—November 2, 2021—Regional Industrial Development Corporation of Southwestern Pennsylvania (RIDC) sold 4.707 acres of land for $852,000 to TM Crowley & Associates (TMCA), a developer based in Indianapolis, IN with plans to build an 8,847-square-foot building on the site. The building will be leased to Sunbelt Rentals and house an equipment and tool sales, rental, and service establishment.

“The purchase of this development is an exciting opportunity for our valued TMCA client and partner, Sunbelt Rentals,” said Tom Crowley, TM Crowley & Associates CEO. “We have worked with Sunbelt Rentals on multiple projects in Indiana and look forward to expanding their footprint into Cranberry, Pennsylvania. RIDC was an instrumental partner in the acquisition of this property, and we look forward to helping complete this development.”

“With this transaction we have sold the last significant development-ready parcel in the Thorn Hill Industrial Park,” said Donald F. Smith, Jr., RIDC President. “Our initial goal was to build a great industrial park and then catalyze its growth with spec buildings. It took a long-term view, patient investments, and an invaluable long-term partnership with Butler County to redevelop this site, but we’ve filled the site with jobs and the types of companies that are driving the economy of northern Butler County.”
