RIDC TENANT PRINT TECH BUYS O’HARA BUILDING, DOUBLING SIZE

O’Hara Township, PA—November 10, 2021—Regional Industrial Development Corporation of Southwestern Pennsylvania (RIDC) has sold Kappa Manor 2, a 40,000-square-foot building in RIDC O’Hara Park, to Print Tech for $4,121,500. A RIDC tenant since 1999, Print Tech currently occupies 13,048 square feet in Allegheny Manor 2 and 10,000 square feet in Allegheny Manor 3 – both owned by RIDC in O’Hara.

Print Tech has been specializing in communication solutions for over 50 years and is committed to creating superior printing, graphic design, marketing materials, bindery and fulfillment services. They expect to move out of their old spaces and into their new building at the end of this year.

“With this transaction, Print Tech is nearly doubling its size,” said Donald F. Smith, Jr., RIDC President. “We are happy to support our long-time tenant’s growth and move towards more efficient operations.”

“RIDC O’Hara was RIDC’s first development project, and one of the first planned industrial parks in the country,” said Timothy White, RIDC Senior Vice President of Development. “Providing growth space for a wide variety of businesses to scale in the region has been a long-term goal for RIDC parks.”
