Carnegie Mellon University will be the first Mill 19 tenant
CMU has signed with RIDC as the first tenant of the Mill 19 building on the Hazelwood Green site. The facility will be home to two advanced manufacturing initiatives founded 
by CMU-Advanced Robotics for Manufacturing Institute (ARM) and Manufacturing Futures Initiative (MFI).
They will be moving into approximately two-thirds of the Phase 1 portion of the Mill 19 redevelopment, set to be completed in Spring 2019.
